Indoor Cleaner Company: Builden Services Pte Ltd Location: Various Locations, Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Builden Services Pte Ltd is seeking dedicated and responsible Indoor Cleaners to provide cleaning services at various client premises across Singapore. The successful candidate will ensure assigned indoor areas are clean, safe, and hygienic while delivering quality cleaning services in accordance with company standards. Key Responsibilities Perform general cleaning of assigned indoor premises, including commercial buildings, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, residential developments, and other client sites. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces. Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms, pantries, and other common areas. (depending on location) Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures. Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to the assigned schedule and company quality standards. Comply with workplace safety regulations and company policies. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements No prior experience required; training will be provided. Relevant cleaning experience is an advantage. Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning duties. Responsible, punctual, and reliable. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to be deployed to different work locations across Singapore. Salary & Benefits Salary: From S$2,080 per month for Indoor Cleaners, in accordance with the Progressive Wage Model (PWM), with salary commensurate with experience and job scope. Working Hours Monday to Saturday: As per assigned work schedule. Rest day in accordance with the Employment Act.
