M&E Engineer/Coordinator

Job Description Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work & variation order Responsible in ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company’s and authorities’ requirements Review M&E drawings and other materials submission prepare by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements To prepare report for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues Education Relevant Degree recognised by PE Board or Degree Qualification acceptable by BCA
