Architectural Coordinator

JOB SCOPE Responsible for executing the company projects in architectural works in building construction which covers: Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters Supervise to achieve quality of works and to comply with safety & environmental regulations Supervise project activities to comply with the Company’s ISO system JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works in building construction Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
