About this role

This role works closely with hiring managers, external recruitment partners, educational institutions, and employees to attract, onboard, and retain talent while supporting HR operations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of functions, including operations, events, commercial, corporate, digital, and seasonal hiring. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and recruitment priorities. Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and career fairs. Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. Prepare employment offers, coordinate reference checks, and support salary recommendations. Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring costs. Manage relationships with educational institutions for internship and graduate hiring programmes. Coordinate internship placements, onboarding, and development initiatives. Onboarding & Employee Experience Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Administer onboarding activities, including employment documentation, background checks, system access, equipment issuance, and orientation programmes. Conduct employee orientation sessions and support successful integration into the organisation. Manage probation and confirmation processes. Support employee engagement and employee experience initiatives. HR Operations & Administration Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
