Location: Singapore (Hybrid) Employment Type: 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for hospitality clients. Understand customers' operational workflows and recommend suitable system solutions. Configure and deploy workforce management software to meet business requirements. Conduct engaging training sessions for hotel employees, managers, and stakeholders. Support customers throughout implementation, system go-live, and post-implementation activities. Perform regular customer reviews to monitor system adoption and identify improvement opportunities. Escalate potential customer risks and collaborate with internal Account Management teams. Maintain accurate project documentation and adhere to implementation processes and service standards. Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations to enhance future product development.
