Data Operations Executive | Pasir Panjang

Job Scope Support day-to-day operations for MCDR, HEALIX, and Tableau projects. Monitor the Data Ops mailbox, track incoming requests, record them in the tracker, and notify the team as needed. Prepare weekly reports on Data Ops requests and monitor turnaround times to ensure SLAs are met. Assist with user onboarding and data access requests. Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks for the Data Ops and Data Engineering teams. Requirements Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Good communication and coordination skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Able to work independently and learn quickly. Contract Duration: 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 (subject to extension) Working Arrangement: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm 1 hour lunch break Location : Pasir Panjang Salary : $12.53 to $13.64 per hour (~$2,278 – $2,481per month) - commensurate with experience EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
