Contract Duration · 9 Months Working Location · Tanjong Pagar Working Hours 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm) Lunch: 1 hour Offered Salary · S$12.00 to S$15.00per hour (Depending on qualifications & experience) Requirements GCE ‘O’ / ’A’ Level / Nitec COS / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource preferred With relevant working experience Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to make independent judgement in accordance with SOPs Good analytical skills Job Description · Process administrative Human Resource services for various client government agencies accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance with policies and relevant regulations · Update HR transactions in Workday system and submit for checking · Prepare and issue letters/emails correspondences and related documents · Liaise and follow up with client government agencies in HR-related matters · Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries · Apply independent judgement in accordance with SOPs to analyse issues and recommend appropriate courses of action when addressing queries from client agencies and customers · Testing of new functions in Workday (e.g. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)), new/in-progress automation bots etc · Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs EA License No.:96C4864 Reg No.: R1106928TOH LAY HOON (JESSICA)
