Mystery Shopper

Job Scope: The company is conducting a mystery shopping exercise to assess whether retailers participating in a specific programme are compliant with the relevant terms and conditions of the programme. They require 4 mystery shoppers to carry out approximately 325 checks at participating retailers’ retail outlets within 4 weeks, between Aug and Sep 2026 . Each mystery shopper will visitup to 6 retailers per day, on weekdays (excluding public holidays), between 10.00am and 6.00pm. During each visit, mystery shoppers will pose as customers and engage retailers using a set of guiding questions provided. These will be framed as typical customer enquiries, where the mystery shopper expresses interest in purchasing an eligible item from the retailer, without any actual transaction taking place. Following each visit, mystery shoppers will be required to complete a post-visit questionnaire comprising around 10-12 open-ended and/or multiple-choice questions. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage retail staff naturally without revealing the purpose of the visit Able to work independently Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately recall and document observations after each visit in a timely manner Comfortable with travelling to different retail locations across Singapore Preferably with prior experience in conducting mystery shopping Working Hours: 10am to 6pm Contract Period: 4 weeks (within Aug to Sep) Salary: $25/unit Location: Island-wide EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R26159658 BRANN LEONG CHUN HOE
