About this role

Job Scope: Coordinate and consolidate internal and external stakeholders requirements to develop design solutions for various projects. Research and develop design and other solutions based on stakeholder requirements. Assist in design presentations, including 3Dmodelling, drawings, diagrams, visualisations. Prepare tender documents including drawings, technical details, specifications and vendor briefs. Coordinate/ Manage vendors, suppliers throughout the process and assist in contract administration. Apply knowledge of local building codes and requirements to ensure quality and compliant delivery of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion of projects. Project Manager will report to the Assistant Directorof Exhibitions and Project Management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture or equivalent. 5-6 years of architectural experience within the built environment sector. High proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape is required. Strong design sense, technical aptitude and understanding of building construction. Strong communication, teamwork and time-management skills. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to develop visual themes and visitor experience for exhibitions that attract and guide audiences. Demonstrated experience in designing visitor or audience experiences, with a strong understanding of narrative, spatial storytelling and audience engagement. Experience in or familiarity with outdoor programmes or activations is an advantage. Ability to plan and manage gallery and exhibition works, their desired outcomes, ensure alignment of projects to business objectives within agreed parameters of cost, schedule and scope covering development, implementation and maintenance. Proficiencies in other architectural software such as Rhino, Revit, and other design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign present an advantage. Familiarity with local building codes and requirements present an advantage. Contract Duration: 1 year Working Arrangement: Mondays to Fridays (8am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6pm) Salary: Up to $6000 per month Location: Bugis EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
