Position : Temp Staff – Engagement and Partnerships Division(Service Excellence) Location: College Road Contract Period: 1 August 2026 – 1 August 2027 Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hour lunch break) Salary: $18.50 per hour (Degree holders with no work experience) Job Responsibilities Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens regarding government schemes, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation of each case Liaise with various public agencies to gather necessary information, coordinate responses, and address citizens’ needs effectively Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that improve service delivery Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders Work on projects involving a new CRM system and AI, with a focus on data analysis and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementation Conduct data analytics on quality service management queries from the public Other administrative tasks as required Requirements Relevant experience in case management, customer service, or public sector administration with focus on citizen engagement and appeals processing Experience in liaising with public agencies and managing multi-stakeholder coordination Experience in process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Proactive problem-solving attitude with willingness to learn and apply new skills Basic Python programming skills Experience with regular expressions for text cleaning, pattern matching, and data extraction from unstructured text Experience in reporting metrics, generating performance reports, or presenting data insights to stakeholders If you are interested in this opportunity and believe your qualifications and experience are relevant to the role, please submit your updated CV to eg@businessedge.com.sg for our consideration.
