Junior Officer, Finance, Fixed Assets (8 Months @ One North)

1. Review and validate assets transfer requests in S/4 to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. 2. Manage intercompany asset transfer, including creation of new asset number for the receipting entities. 3. Produce monthly asset transfer reports. 4. Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset transfers. 5. Responsible for staff exit clearance, ensuring all fixed assets are accounted for during employee offboarding. 6. Step in as needed to assist with asset tagging duties to ensure smooth operations 7. Extract supporting documents for Auditors and co-ordinate with custodians to perform asset sighting as required by Auditors. 8. Co-ordinate and provide assistance for asset disposal request raise by RI custodians in S/4. 9. Any other duties as assigned. Minimum higher NITEC or Diploma in Finance or Accounting Preferable 1-2 years of relevant experience Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
