Site Supervisor (Civil / Electrical / Utility Projects)

Job Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed according to project schedules, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and resources to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors, including attending site meetings. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to support project schedules. Resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project progress. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures. Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Experience in civil, electrical, or utility construction , preferably in power cable projects . Ability to interpret construction drawings, including cable route and section drawings. Familiarity with SP Group, LTA, PUB , or other regulatory authority requirements is an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations. Possession of certifications such as BCSS, PSM, WSQ Safety Supervisor, or Work at Height is an advantage.
