Product Development And Marketing Associate (Training Operations) | Ang Mo Kio

Brief description of the job duties and responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and updating course materials, including slides, templates, and visuals, to ensure consistency and quality. Provide administrative and logistics support for training sessions, trainers, and learners. Coordinate class schedules and trainer assignments to ensure smooth operations. Support the organization and maintenance of marketing media assets for internal and marketing use, and SIRS’ website migration to ISOMER 2.0. Monitor online learning activities and track learner progress, including follow-ups on assignments and participation. Assist in collecting, compiling, and reporting learner feedback and survey results. Support adjunct trainers with administrative tasks and documentation. Provide general office support across departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Requirements Efficient Multitasker Good Spoken and Written Communication Skills Able to work with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Google Classroom) Experience with website management (ideally with ISOMER 2.0) Adept with Microsoft Office Contract Duration : 6 months (July 2026 – December 2026) Working Arrangement: Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Location : Ang Mo Kio Salary: S$2,600 – $3,000 per month, commensurate with experience EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg.
