Part-Time Barista

butter tgt is a cafe located in Maxwell, offering brunch, mains, bakes and specialty coffee. We are looking for team players to work alongside our small and cosy team! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers, set and clear tables when necessary Take customer orders and provide recommendations when necessary Prepare espresso based drinks, pourovers and non-coffee drinks according to defined recipes Heating up bakes, serving food and drinks Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations On the job training provided QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience as a barista is preferred. Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
