Position Summary The Marketing Manager supports BUZUD’s marketing initiativesby leading a team to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns that enhance brandawareness and drive sales growth. This role requires leadership skills,creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital andoffline marketing. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of professional to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels. Develop marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media content, and email campaigns. Coordinate with external vendors, media, and partners for campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and effectiveness. Support event planning, product launches, and roadshows. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities. Ensure BUZUD’s branding is consistent across all marketing platforms. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. At least 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or retail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO/SEM). Strong content creation and copywriting skills. Knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong team player with good communication and leadership skills.
