Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibility: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Plan and manage digital, social media, online, and offline marketing initiatives. Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for marketing-related activities. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Support product or services launches, events, and promotional activities. Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking systems to ensure accurate data collection across websites and campaigns. Collaborate closely with IT and developers to optimise tracking setup, resolve technical issues, and improve website performance. Create monthly reports on paid ads campaign performances. Requirement: Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is an added advantage for liaising with Japan-based stakeholders. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably from the finance or payment industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign analytics. Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative mindset with the ability to translate strategy into effective campaigns. Proficiency in marketing tools GA4, GTM, GA, XAds, Hootsuite, bitly Adobe PS, AI, and HTML skills are an added advantage
