About this role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product design and optimization of eDiscovery-related information systems. This role requires a deep understanding of electronic discovery, approval workflows, and data processing mechanisms of enterprise collaboration tools, driving product iteration and user experience enhancement. - Lead product planning, requirements analysis, and feature design for eDiscovery information systems, establishing clear product roadmaps - Deeply understand electronic discovery business scenarios, designing data collection, preservation, analysis, and export processes that comply with legal and regulatory requirements - Optimize approval system architecture, designing flexible and efficient multi-level approval workflows to meet permission control needs across different business scenarios - Work closely with engineering teams, delivering detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and prototypes to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery - Coordinate with legal, compliance, IT, and other departments to ensure product designs meet enterprise internal control requirements and industry regulatory standards - Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously optimize product features and interaction experiences - Conduct in-depth research on data structures and API mechanisms of collaboration tools such as Lark/Feishu, designing efficient data collection and processing solutions - Drive integration between eDiscovery systems and existing enterprise information systems, enabling automated and standardized data flow Focus on data security and privacy protection, ensuring product designs comply with relevant laws and regulations - Continuously track technology trends and best practices in the eDiscovery domain, providing strategic direction for product innovation Minimum Qualifications: - Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Law, Information Management, or related fields preferred - Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage stakeholders in the Greater China markets, capable of clearly articulating complex product logic - At least 1 year of experience in product design or project implementation for eDiscovery-related information systems, familiar with electronic discovery business processes and technical implementation - Have experience in approval system design, understanding workflow engines, permission management, and process automation principles - At least 3 years of experience in product methodology, capable of independently conducting requirements research, feature design, prototyping, and project management - At least 3 years of experience in data security, privacy protection, and compliance requirements Preferred Qualifications: - Background knowledge in legal, compliance, or information security domains - Familiarity with data processing tools such as SQL, Python for basic data analysis - Experience in ToB or enterprise SaaS product design - Master's degree or above related fields preferred
