Team Introduction The Traffic Management Team is responsible for providing architectural assurance for the network access traffic of the company's Global To Consumer (ToC) business. The SRE team is responsible for designing end-to-end access solutions for access traffic under scenarios such as regular growth, disaster recovery, large-scale or special events, to achieve goals of capacity, cost, high availability, performance, and compliance. Responsibilities: - Oversee the architectural governance and optimization of end-to-end access traffic. - Participate in the construction of the cross-system scheduling framework, traffic standards, and disaster recovery plans for access traffic to ensure standardization and stability. - Promote the optimization of cost and performance for access traffic through network strategies such as routing strategies, transmission protocols and compression. - By supporting large-scale scenarios (API/images/on-demand/file transfer/messaging, etc.), good technology and ideas can bring immense value to the business. Minimum Qualifications: - Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Solid foundation in networking, familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP, and HTTPS protocols, and knowledgeable about HTTP2 and QUIC protocols. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in product development or operations for large-scale traffic, with expertise in high availability, cost optimization, performance optimization, fault diagnosis, and architecture design for network access. - Golang/Python/C++, familiar with development in a Linux environment, and experience in developing large-scale, high-concurrency distributed services. - Clear logical thinking, with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Passionate about technology and maintains a keen awareness of cutting-edge developments.
