Team Introduction The Observability team is responsible for managing observability products in data infrastructure that supports observability across servers, mobile, frontend, and inter-app communications, while continuously advancing and delivering cloud-native observability product capabilities. Participate in the development, maintenance, and optimization of the observability customer platform including Query Acceleration Assistance, Tenanment Management, Agent Troubleshooting Automation, Resource Billing, OpenAPI OG Label; 2. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of the data warehouse and data ingestion service to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance; 3. Maintain and enhance the query proxy and Golang SDK, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable query processing; 4. Set up and maintain E2E performance tests and test cases to ensure system reliability, responsiveness, and overall quality. Minimum Qualifications 1. Final year or recent graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline; 2. Proficient in at least one of Golang/Java programming, with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and familiar with the principles and implementation of Database System; 3. Experience in database management development, control plane engineering, or related fields, with familiarity in Kubernetes operators, controllers, and schedulers; 4. Experience in high-concurrency data ingestion engineering and/or relevant Big data ETL & data processing; Preferred Qualifications 1. Familiar with observability domain knowledge such as OpenTelemetry; 2. Familiar with time-series database domain knowledge such as Prometheus, InfluxDB, and Victormetrics; 3. Familiar with Quality Assurement and Cluster Reliability.
