Team Introduction The Search team is mainly responsible for the search algorithm innovation and architecture research and development. We use cutting-edge machine learning technology for end-to-end modeling and continuous innovation and breakthroughs, while focusing on the construction and performance optimization of distributed systems and machine learning systems. Responsibilities - Participate in the research and development of the search engine, using the most cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and massive data to make the most exciting technology and give users the best search experience; here you can realize your architectural dreams without historical baggage. - Participate in the search and development, and serve hundreds of millions of users of related products. - Participate in the improvement of the search core architecture. Possible directions include: (1) Design and develop data streams, distributed libraries, and online retrieval systems for billions of web searches, and design industry-leading retrieval architectures. (2) Design large-scale data processing platforms for different genres such as video, graphics, and E-commerce, and develop industry-leading search and database building systems and feature engineering. (3) Design and develop high-availability search engine stability solutions, continuously optimize service performance, and provide high-throughput, low-latency, and high-availability search online services. Minimum Qualifications: - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Proficient coding skills, strong algorithm and data structure using C++/Python/Java. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in information retrieval, machine learning system development is preferred; - Experience in distributed computing, storage systems, and development is a plus.
