Content Product Manager, ModelArk

Team Introduction ModelArk is a model-as-a-service (MaaS) platform on BytePlus, offering secure and cost-effective services, including model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning. It provides ByteDance’s proprietary models such as Seedance and Seed 2.0，as well as well-known open-source models. International market research firm Omdia released the Global Enterprise-level MaaS 2025 report. As of October 2025, our daily average token usage ranks third globally. This demonstrates our deep involvement in and active exploration of the world’s most cutting-edge AI application scenarios. ModelArk is one of the world’s leading platforms for advancing AGI. We seek candidates who believe in AGI, understand AI technologies, and are willing to contribute to changing the world through AI models. Responsibilities - Support ModelArk's LLM global expansion, you will own LLM content strategy and provide content support to cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, etc.). Key duties: collaborate on new model launches, develop sales collaterals, curate/optimize customer success stories, and execute localized marketing activities tailored to regional cultures and channels. - Conduct in-depth LLM product research, monitor global market trends, and deliver actionable insights to inform LLM product iteration. Minimum Qualifications - Masters' degree in a relevant field. - 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build solid connections with internal teams and clients. - Capable of multi-project management and efficient delivery in a fast-paced working environment. - Familiar with global LLM service ecosystems, and well-informed of the latest industry trends and application scenarios of generative AI. Preferred Qualifications - Background in marketing, product management, operations or solution consulting is a plus. - Working experience in the AI industry is a plus. - Keen insight and strong capability to collect first-hand information through multiple approaches, including but not limited to reading technical papers, hands-on product testing, building functional demos, and conducting customer interviews.
