Real Estate Process and Experience Management Project Intern (The Space Processes & Experience) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Space Processes & Experience (SPX) team is part of the Workplace Design and Solutions (WDS) centre of excellence within ByteDance's global Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) department. The team tracks and drives the optimisation and consistency of office core experiences, and provides process consulting and guidance for RE&F and other Corporate Service team on global projects. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. - Analyse business processes, particularly in real estate, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency across countries and teams. - Investigate user behaviour, test experience metrics, and drive innovation in workplace experience. - Support multiple high-profile RE&F projects, working with stakeholders across ByteDance. - Conduct data analysis, visualisation, and reporting, including through AI-powered solutions under guidance. Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, organisation, strategy, real estate, or design. - Proven analytical skills. - Motivation, drive, and a sense of ownership. Preferred Qualification(s) - Business acumen, with familiarity with internet business models. - Prior internship or work experience in business or process consulting, or workplace design, ideally with experience supporting project-based work. - Understanding of user experience, pain points, and process risks.
