About The Team The Global Payment team provides payment and financial solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on the platform. About The Role As an AML Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing the quality and effectiveness of financial crime compliance (FCC) operational processes across our global payments business. The role ensures adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations, providing management with insights on risks, control gaps, and areas for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct quality control reviews on key AML processes, including Know Your Customer (KYC), due diligence, sanctions and name screening. 2. Oversee, conduct training, and mentor QC team members across global outsourcing sites. 3. Evaluate execution of operational procedures against defined policies, standards, and jurisdictional regulatory requirements. 3. Identify control gaps or process deviations and escalate findings with clear risk articulation. 4. Produce timely and well-structured QC reports, highlighting findings, trends, and actionable remediation plans. 5. Track remediation activities through to completion, ensuring effective resolution of identified issues. 6. Develop and maintain Management Information (MI) dashboards and indicators to provide senior management with visibility of emerging risks and quality trends. 7. Partner with FCC Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to support enhancements in quality control frameworks and controls. Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Law, Business, or related field. - 1+ years of experience in financial crime compliance quality control, or assurance within payments, fintech, or financial services. - Solid understanding of AML/CTF and KYC frameworks. - Experience in conducting reviews, preparing findings, and supporting remediation tracking. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into clear and actionable insights. Preferred Qualification(s) - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
