Responsibilities Calculate and verify quantities for building works to ensure precise project cost estimation and budgeting Solicit and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and dependable service Manage project administration tasks to maintain organized documentation and support timely project progress Negotiate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve favorable contract terms and reduce costs Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate collaboration and align project objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in relevant project or construction roles Degree in Engineering
