Sales Director

* Develop and execute the company’s sales and business development strategy. * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets. * Identify and secure new projects in renovation, interior fit-out and construction works. * Build and maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants and corporate clients. * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and annual business plans. * Negotiate major contracts, quotations and commercial terms with clients. * Coordinate with the project, procurement and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery. * Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements. * Recruit, train and mentor sales personnel. * Report directly to the company directors on sales performance and business growth.
