Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming shopping experience. Build genuine relationships with customers and provide personalised product recommendations. Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and excellent service. Upsell products, promotions, and membership programmes where appropriate. Recruit and retain new customers while nurturing relationships with existing customers. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently educate customers on product features and benefits. Handle cashiering duties and process transactions accurately. Manage outlet inventory, including stock replenishment, stock counts, receiving deliveries, and ensuring stock accuracy. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and store presentation at all times. Ensure visual merchandising displays are well maintained and aligned with brand guidelines. Support promotional campaigns, in-store events, and product launches. Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure smooth daily store operations. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
