• To be assigned in one of the following Housing & Development Board (HDB) A&A projects: -HDB - INSTALLATION OF URBANWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM AT YISHUN AND JURONG TOWNS -HDB - A&A WORKS TO TOILET AT HDB HUB -HDB - IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO MULTI-STOREY CAR PARKS -HDB - GOODWILL REPAIR ASSISTANCE (GRA) • Liaised with residents/end users, overseeing daily repair routines among workers. • Clarified Repair Method Statements for residents, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Client’s specifications. • Addressed residents/end users feedback and complaints, reporting outcomes to the manager. • Organized work schedules to prevent conflicts during repairs, fostering positive relationships with residents. • Coordinated site inspections and managed defect rectifications. • Planned and coordinated timely execution of works within flats, ensuring smooth project operations among residents, contractors, consultants, and authorities such as Town Councils and HDB. Proactively addressed complaints stemming from construction activities. • Managed inquiries, feedback, and project-related complaints, following up with appropriate actions for resolution. • Handled additional responsibilities as assigned.
