Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities 1. People & Team Management • Support recruitment, scheduling, and manpower deployment across all 8 outlets to ensure smooth daily operations • Monitor staff performance and provide basic feedback and follow-up • Coordinate on staff issues, attendance, and general HR administrative matters • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff to maintain consistent service and operational standards 2. Procurement, Inventory & Supply Chain Management • Coordinate procurement of supplies and consumables across all 8 outlets, managing cost and stock levels • Liaise with suppliers, compare quotations, and maintain supplier relationships • Oversee stock-take across outlets to prevent overstocking or shortages • Follow up on logistics and delivery arrangements to ensure timely replenishment 3. Overall Operations Coordination (Supporting the Director) • Conduct regular site visits across the 8 outlets and report on operational status to the Director • Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues (equipment, hygiene, customer feedback, etc.) • Support basic compliance follow-up (e.g. licensing, SFA hygiene requirements) • Carry out other operational tasks as assigned by the Director Requirements • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality/F&B Management, or a related field • Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience in F&B, retail, or service industries • Language: Good command of Mandarin and English
