Job Description: Key Technical Skills: Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) Hibernate SQL (Query Writing, Performance Tuning & Optimization) Kafka (Messaging & Transactions) Exception Handling & API Security (Authentication/Authorization) Platform & Tools: Splunk / Kibana / Log Monitoring Jenkins OpenShift / Kubernetes (Basic to Intermediate) MariaDB or any RDBMS Functional Knowledge: Experience with Core Banking applications Understanding of transaction processing and mission-critical applications Basic knowledge of Savings/Current Account interest calculations Additional Skills: Understanding of ACID properties Knowledge of Vertical & Horizontal Scalability Experience designing/debugging distributed systems Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Candidate Profile: Strong hands-on expertise in Java, SQL, debugging, and troubleshooting Experience in L2/L3 Production Support Ability to manage critical banking applications and handle P1 incidents
