Kitchen Assistant

Main responsibilities: ● Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food preparation ● Support the chefs during service ● Cook and prepare menu items when required ● Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards ● Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen ● Follow food hygiene and safety procedures ● Assist with receiving, storing and rotating stock ● Perform other kitchen duties as required Requirements: ● Previous kitchen or food-preparation experience is preferred ● Basic cooking skills and willingness to work as a cook when needed ● Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ● Reliable, punctual and a good team player ● Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness ● Available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Location: Caffè Beviamo, Singapore Position: Full-time
