Barista

We’re looking for someone to continue the ride with us. ☕🏍️ At Calibrate, beyond serving good coffee — We create spaces, connect people, and build community through what we do. Responsibilities Prepare and brew specialty coffee to deliver high-quality beverages Ride and operate the mobile coffee setup safely and efficiently Engage with customers to create a welcoming and memorable experience Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and community building Required competencies and certifications Hold a valid Class 2B Motorcycle license to operate the mobile coffee setup (for rider role, otherwise, continue applying for barista role) Commit to full-time (5 days per week) or part-time (2-3 days per week with AM & PM shifts) work schedules Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in preparing and serving specialty coffee Values we care about: • Shows up and takes responsibility • Willing to work hard and learn • Team player energy
