Solutions Architect – Enterprise Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Are you passionate about enterprise technology and enjoy helping customers design innovative IT solutions? We're looking for a customer-focused Solutions Architect to partner with Sales and Channel teams in delivering best-in-class infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. You'll play a key role in solution design, technical consulting, partner enablement, and driving business growth across enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to design and position enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. Provide end-to-end pre-sales support including solution design, technical presentations, product demonstrations, solution sizing, BOM preparation, and proposal responses. Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and support technical evaluations for customers and partners. Work closely with channel partners, system integrators, and vendors to recommend the most suitable technology solutions. Deliver technical workshops, product training, and enablement sessions to strengthen partner capabilities. Keep abreast of the latest technology trends, product updates, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth and achieve sales objectives. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting within enterprise IT or technology distribution. Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or data centre technologies. Experience supporting channel partners, resellers, or system integrators is highly preferred. Professional certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft, or other vendor certifications are advantageous.
