Warehouse Executive

Job Summary The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, dispatch, and maintaining warehouse documentation. The role ensures timely movement of goods, stock accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials/products and verify against invoices or purchase orders Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems Coordinate dispatches and deliveries as per schedules Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts Monitor inventory levels and report shortages/excess stock Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production and sales teams Handle loading/unloading activities efficiently Prepare warehouse reports, GRN, dispatch documents, and stock reports Ensure FIFO practices are followed where applicable Manage damaged/returned goods and maintain records Required Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is preferred Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Excel is preferred Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Inventory management Documentation & reporting Team coordination Time management ERP/WMS knowledge Attention to detail Problem-solving ability
