Job Summary Lead and deliver data-driven transformation projects by managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and client expectations in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of data-related projects and transformation initiatives to meet business goals Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders, data, technology teams, and project sponsors Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure successful delivery Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve obstacles Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans throughout the project lifecycle Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to support successful outcomes Ensure project deliverables comply with agreed quality standards and business requirements Support change management, user adoption, and project transition activities as needed Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, pre-sales support, and business development initiatives Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement across delivery engagements Requirements Experience managing data, analytics, data platform, or digital transformation projects Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies Knowledge of data governance, data quality, reporting, or business intelligence concepts Experience managing geographically dispersed or cross-functional teams Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments Exposure to proposal development, pre-sales support, or client pursuit activities Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience delivering data management, data engineering, analytics, reporting, or cloud data platform projects Experience working in fast-paced consulting and project delivery environments
