Roles &Responsibilities Campaign Marketing Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Manage campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Track campaign performance, analyse results and recommend optimisation strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. Digital & Content Marketing Conceptualise and develop engaging marketing content for websites, social media, EDMs, paid advertising, banners and other marketing collaterals. Develop and implement social media strategies, manage content calendars and create content that increases brand awareness and customer engagement. Monitor digital marketing trends and recommend new ideas to enhance the brand's online presence. Brand Marketing Execute initiatives that strengthen KDK's brand positioning as Japan's No. 1 Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions brand. Support brand-building activities, product launches and new category introductions to drive awareness and market growth. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints. Event Marketing Plan and execute virtual, hybrid and physical events, including product launches, exhibitions, roadshows and customer engagement activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Market Intelligence & Analytics Monitor competitor activities, industry trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and potential threats. Prepare marketing reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and improve campaign performance. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Work closely with internal departments, external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives. Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other relevant fields. Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in a marketing or related role. Prior experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and/or events will bean advantage. Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for marketing and social media content. Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar video editing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable, resourceful, able to manage multiple priorities, and works well in a fast-paced team environment. 5days work week / bonus / annual leave / medical benefit
