Intern, Property Management (Capital Tower)

Support the Commercial Operations team by managing contractor performance, certifying work completion, and handling contract administration. Responsibilities also include conducting site inspections, maintaining building manuals, and coordinating fire drills and A&A works. Candidates must be currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required.
