Manager, Finance (1-year Contract)

Manage the Group's private funds by overseeing monthly account closures, variance analysis, and the preparation of management and investor reports. Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and ensure full compliance with Singapore regulatory financial reporting and audit requirements. Requires 6-8 years of accounting experience with professional qualifications such as CA or CPA and a strong background in consolidated and statutory reporting. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for liaison with Chinese stakeholders, and experience in private equity real estate fund accounting is essential.
