About this role
Responsibilities To lead and provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team and work closely with internal stakeholders i.e.: Sales, Design, Production departments and external stakeholders i.e.: main contractors and other sub-contractors regarding sign positioning, site installation, and logistics; Manage and supervise our own on-site work teams, contractors and sub-contractors working onsite from project inception to handover with a view to achieving set targets on deadline, quality, cost and safety; Liaise with Sales, Design & Production departments as well as with contractors and sub-contractors on client’s design requirements, shop drawings, detailing, installation issues, etc.; Troubleshoot problems arising and rectify/resolve site issues at minimal cost and inconvenience to everyone whilst meeting clients’ expectations at the same time; Work closely with the Project & Production Directors as well as the Sales teams on project scheduling, application of permits to work i.e.: preparation of method statements, risk assessments (RAs), and progress monitoring which includes attending site/design meetings, keeping track of design changes, decisions taken/made by clients, progress claim billings, and other administrative paper-works; Responsible for tracking, coordinating, maintaining, compiling and submission of project documentation/shop drawings/as-built drawings/photos, etc. for submission to clients, consultants and other authorities as required, and for claims purposes; Compilation and submission of applications to various authorities for licenses, permits, etc.; To assist in preparing/closing off project matters such as project performance bonds, insurance, operating manuals, warranty, and defect liability period (DLP); To lead and manage ad-hoc project(s); Perform other tasks and assignments as may be delegated. Requirements Candidates must possess at least a good diploma in any discipline and those with relevant professional qualifications in Civil Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent will be preferred. At least 3 years of project management experience. Those with signage and display systems project management experience will have an added advantage. A self-starter and a committed team player with an analytical mind, good interpersonal and organisational skills. Good competency with MS Office applications and project management software and possesses a valid driving licence.
