Oracle Pl/SQL Developer

Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Senior Developer cum Technical Lead to drive development, delivery, and team leadership for enterprise-grade applications. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle technologies, hands-on coding capability, and the ability to leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and enhance productivity. Experience Required 10–15 years of IT experience Minimum 5+ years in Oracle PL/SQL development Proven experience in technical leadership and team management Experience in BFSI / payments / regulatory reporting (preferred) Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Delivery AI-Enabled Development Team Management & Collaboration Tracking & Governance Solution & Support Technical Skills Strong expertise in: Oracle PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Packages, Triggers) SQL Performance Tuning & Query Optimisation Data Modelling and Database Design Experience with: Unix/Linux environments and Shell scripting Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines API integration and middleware (preferred)
