Construction Supervisor

Oversee daily work activities, manage subcontractors, and track progress Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct routine site hazard inspections Help plan work schedules, read blueprints, and complete daily progress reports: Act as the main link between on-site workers and off-site project managers Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure work instructions are understood by workers Interpret and follow construction drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Ensure workmanship meets project specs, BCA codes, and company QA/QC requirements. Check setting out, levels, dimensions, and installation against approved drawings. Raise RFIs and report site problems, delays, or design clashes to Site Engineer/PM. Witness and record site tests: concrete slump, compaction, pressure test, etc. Enforce WSH regulations, MOM guidelines, and company safety rules on site. Ensure workers have valid passes, PPE, and toolbox training records. Report incidents, near misses, and maintain site safety housekeeping.
