In this role, you will actively execute fire system installations, manage site works directly, and handle authority approvals. A solid subcontractor background and full end-to-end operational experience is required to succeed in this role. Job Details Industry: Building & Construction Salary: Up to $6,500 with Bonus Location: Across Singapore (Project Dependent) Type: 5.5 Days, Permanent Employment Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end installation works directly on-site rather than just coordinating. Supervise subcontractor execution using hands-on knowledge of shop drawings. Rectify design clashes between mechanical, electrical, and structural plans. Deliver project targets and active site troubleshooting on schedule. Execute full testing, commissioning, and final authority handovers. Requirements Subcontractor background with deep hands-on project delivery experience. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services. 3+ years of local experience in fire protection works. Practical knowledge of sprinklers, alarms, hose reels, and risers.
