Handle IAM service requests and incidents, working with IT and business teams to resolve access issues. Support access reviews and certification campaigns to ensure compliance with security policies. Maintain IAM documentation and audit reports aligned with standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and guidelines from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Requirements: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3–5 years of IAM or IT operations experience. Experience with IAM technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Knowledge of IAM lifecycle and access control principles.
