Accounting Executive

Location: Lavendar Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon–Fri) Company Overview The company is a Singapore-based wholesale distributor of liquor, beverages, and related products. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support daily accounting operations. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial documents, perform reconciliations, maintain accurate records, and assist with month-end closing, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including processing accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate cash flow management Maintain the general ledger by recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts to support accurate financial reporting Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliation reports, and internal management reports to provide clear financial insights Assist with GST filing and corporate tax-related tasks to ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations Review and verify staff claims to ensure adherence to company policies and accurate expense reporting Support year-end audit preparation by organizing financial documents and liaising with external auditors to facilitate smooth audits Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation schedules to accurately track company assets Perform additional finance-related tasks as assigned by management to support overall financial operations Requirement Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SQL We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
