Role Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Intern to support the management of an ongoing Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) project, alongside other ongoing marine energy initiatives. The intern will play an active role in assisting with project coordination, marine crew management support, research and reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration. This role offers exposure to real-world applications in offshore marine operations and renewable energy transition. Key Responsibilities · Assist in the coordination and tracking of project milestones related to FPSO operations and marine crew management. · Conduct research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory standards relevant to marine and offshore projects. · Support the development and execution of project documentation, reporting, and logistics planning. · Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, and corporate departments) to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables. · Help maintain internal systems for tracking crew certifications, travel, and compliance requirements. · Participate in internal meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions and planning processes. Qualifications · Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, Project Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. · Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. · Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus. · Interest or prior exposure to marine operations, offshore energy, or crew logistics is highly advantageous. · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
