Carousell Future Business Leader Programme (Graduate Track)

Participants will undergo a 24-month high-intensity talent incubator program involving a 3-month immersion in the Founders Office followed by three structured rotations in product, growth, and commercialization engines. The ultimate goal is to own a product, category, market, or growth engine upon program completion. Applicants must possess strong logic, data fluency, and business acumen, with recommended backgrounds in data analytics, economics, finance, business, or engineering with a strong interest in business operations. Candidates should have up to 1 year of full-time professional experience and exhibit entrepreneurial, resilient traits, and proficiency in using AI as part of their toolkit.
