Job Summary Deliver engaging early childhood education by planning and executing lesson plans and activities that foster children’s learning and development. Collaborate with parents, communities, and colleagues to create a supportive and enriching environment. Responsibilities Write and deliver lesson plans to support children’s learning and potential development Plan and organize meaningful activities and events, including field trips and concerts, to enhance children’s educational experiences Create and maintain an inviting, enriching classroom environment that promotes active learning Provide routine care for young children to ensure their well-being and comfort Engage parents and community stakeholders to support children’s learning progress and development Communicate periodic updates on children’s learning and development to parents Collaborate with colleagues and the Principal to achieve and maintain Centre License, SPARK accreditation, and Healthy Eating for Preschool standards Required competencies and certifications Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education Ability to write and deliver lesson plans
