Job Summary Deliver engaging curriculum and differentiated learning activities to support children’s development. Collaborate with staff and parents to monitor progress and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment. Responsibilities Prepare and deliver curriculum with enthusiasm to facilitate active learning and deepen children’s knowledge and understanding Differentiate learning activities to address the diverse needs of children and promote inclusive participation Utilize relevant teaching resources effectively to support instructional goals Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager to address children’s development, performance, or behavioral concerns Design and maintain a stimulating, tidy, and interactive classroom environment with regular displays of children’s work Establish and enforce age-appropriate classroom management routines to ensure a safe and orderly learning space Supervise children at all times to maintain their safety and well-being Serve as a positive role model and inspiration to children through professional conduct and engagement Observe and assess each child’s development and progress through informal, formative methods Prepare biannual portfolios documenting each child’s work and provide constructive feedback to children, parents, and stakeholders during ongoing interactions and formal parent-teacher conferences Maintain accurate and complete records of attendance, progress, development, health, and other documentation required by ECDA or the centre Build strong, positive rapport with children and parents to foster trust and open communication Participate actively in field trips and school events to enrich children’s learning experiences Collaborate with colleagues to support centre goals and demonstrate flexibility and willi…
