Project Lead / Manager (M&E / A&A)

About the Role: As a CBRE Project Lead, you be responsible for leading the project management team. This includes but not limited to project execution, managing vendors, preparing project schedules/timelines and budgeting. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Oversee day to day project operations, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Oversee planning and execution of facility improvement and minor works projects Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with client’s standards and timelines Manage vendor performance and ensure compliance with safety and safeguarding protocols Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports for leadership review Monitor quality of work, resolve issues promptly, and ensure minimal disruption to school operations Support sustainability objectives by integrating eco-friendly practices into project delivery. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PMP accreditations will have an added advantage. Registered member with the Society of Project Managers Singapore; Institution of Engineers Singapore; or other equivalent qualifications. Familiar with submission process of building plans for the relevant Authorities’ approval.
