As our business continues to expand across Asia Pacific, we are seeking a highly strategic and commercially minded Regional Sector Lead, Talent Acquisition to partner closely with senior business leaders and ensure that we attract, engage and hire the talent that drives our continued growth. THE ROLE As Regional Sector Lead, Talent Acquisition – APAC, you will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition lead for one or more Sectors across the region. Acting as a trusted advisor to Sector Leadership, Alliance Directors, Account Leaders, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams, you will align workforce strategies with business priorities, providing talent intelligence, market insight and recruitment expertise that enables informed decision-making and supports long-term growth. This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic workforce planning, executive stakeholder engagement, talent intelligence, critical hiring support and operational excellence across a complex, matrixed organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Business Partnership Act as the trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to sector leadership teams across Asia Pacific. Develop strong relationships with senior business leaders, Alliance Directors and HR Business Partners. Align talent acquisition priorities with business growth plans, workforce requirements and strategic objectives. Provide market intelligence and workforce insights that help leaders anticipate talent challenges and opportunities. Influence workforce discussions through data, analytics and external market trends. Workforce Planning & Sector Alignment Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs. Support workforce planning activities through talent availability assessments, hiring forecasts and market insights. Identify risks relating to talent supply, critical capabilities and future workforce demand. Help shape talent strategies that support business growth, client expansion and organizational transformation initiatives. Critical Talent Acquisition Lead or directly support Senior / Executive and business-critical hiring initiatives. Partner with recruitment teams to solve complex and hard-to-fill hiring challenges. Develop proactive talent pipelines for strategic and emerging skill sets. Support major account mobilizations, transitions and growth projects requiring targeted talent solutions. Talent Intelligence & Business Insights Deliver meaningful hiring dashboards, workforce updates and talent market intelligence. Provide regular commentary and insights to business leaders on hiring performance and labor market trends. Contribute to quarterly business reviews and strategic workforce discussions. Use data and analytics to improve decision-making and demonstrate talent acquisition impact. Operational Excellence Monitor recruitment performance across your Sector and identify opportunities for improvement. Champion best practices in recruitment governance, candidate experience and stakeholder engagement. Partner with regional Talent Acquisition teams to drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement. Support transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability and recruitment outcomes. ABOUT YOU You are a commercially minded talent leader who thrives in a strategic, stakeholder-facing environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges through talent. Experience Significant experience within Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Workforce Planning or Talent Strategy. Experience partnering with senior business leaders in a large, matrixed and multinational environment. Proven ability to influence leaders and drive outcomes without direct authority. Experience working across multiple APAC markets and cultures. Leadership & Strategic Capability Strong business acumen and ability to connect talent strategy to commercial outcomes.
