What You’ll Be Driving As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and helping organisations navigate their sustainability journey. Your responsibilities will include: · Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target industries and markets · Building strong relationships with key decision-makers through networking, outbound prospecting and referrals · Understanding customers' sustainability and operational challenges, and positioning Cedars Digital's solutions to address their business needs · Leading discovery meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations and commercial discussions · Managing sales opportunities throughout the pipeline using CRM tools and maintaining accurate forecasts · Preparing proposals, quotations and commercial documentation · Collaborating closely with our Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience · Representing Cedars Digital at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities · Sharing customer insights and market feedback to support product innovation and go-to-market strategies · Achieving individual sales targets while contributing to the company's overall commercial growth What will help you succeed in this role: We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a growing business. You'll likely bring: · 3–7 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales or account management · A proven track record of generating new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships · Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills · Confidence engaging senior business leaders and decision-makers · A proactive, curious and resilient mindset with a strong sense of ownership · The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment · Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software orB2B technology solutions would be an advantage · Exposure to sustainability, ESG, manufacturing or industrial sectors is a bonus, but not essential Why join Cedars Digital?
